We're here in Chatham, Ontario, Canada at the birthplace of the Hawaiian Pizza.

We've set up in front the the world famous Satellite Restaurant where it was invented.

But we have a spin for the good folks of Chatham.

Blue Hawaii Hot Dog

Sauce:

We took what we had on hand...

Brandywine and Cherokee Purple Tomatoes.

Saute chopped onions, garlic, and crushed red pepper.

Toss in alive Basil and Rosemary

Slo-brew on low heat.

Don't reduce to a moosh. Use a slotted spoon to grab

only the veggies; no liquid.
