Back 2 FutureBurger
Hey Truckies!

We're feeling lucky here in sunny Shamrock, Texas. What a fabulous restoration they did to the iconic "U-Drop-Inn" on Route 66

Bloggin live and feeling so proud of the D's Food Truck crew!

We're time traveling back with a burger right out of the 40's and a side of fries from our neighbors to the North.

You can trace its linage right back to the 1940s when a burger was a burger.

And our magical food truck crew outdid themselves with a side of "Poutine" fries from Quebec, Canada.

Swing on by and join us!
Attention Truckies...

Let's do this!

The Burger: Grill it up you way. We use organic, grass fed.

Hickory Sauce: 1/3 cup Chili Sauce, 1/3 cup Ketchup, and 1/2 teaspoon Liquid Smoke.

Lettuce and Tomato.

Poutine: Fries; make them more crispy than not. That will insure that the gravy does not compromise their integrity.

Cheese Curds. Fresh, not frozen. Hard to find, try Wegmans.

Thar ya be!
