We picked up the best of the best on Grand Manan Island; Dark Harbour Dulse Flakes.


Let's do this!

Dulse goes great with everything.

Just mix it and stir it up.

For our first course we have made up a wonderful Dulse roll.

Some organic butter.

And a taste of Tomato and Roosted Red Pepper Soup

Just for fun, we did some homemade/not deep fried Dulse Potato Chips.


For the main course, we have some fresh Butternut Squash Ravioli.

The sauce is also homemade Formaggio with Tomato, Ricotta and Parmigano Reggiano; and seasoned with a touch of Dulse of course.

Our wine choice is "Save me San Francisco" Pinot Noir.
