She Belongs to the Sea

The Room/The Table:

This 10 minute meal is deceptively simple. Don’t be fooled, it’s sublime in it’s subtle and profound moments.

Contrast:

Like the painter’s pallet, you are crafting a total statement; a portrait in contrasts. It’s all about energy!

What are you creating here?

Your kitchen is dancing with the aroma of garlic and onions as your sauce simmers.

Your fall flowers bring the table to life in vivid colors.

The music punctuates yet another of your senses as the meal progresses.

The wine caresses.

The Antipasto is critical. Set out a selection of contrasting flavors to arouse the pallet.

Serve the pasta with a light touch of sauce and highlight with cheese of your choice.

Contrasting flavors and aromas create the energy; the rest is up to you!
