We're back! After our mini vacation, we have moved on down the road to Amarillo, Texas and the home of the infamous Cadillac Ranch. These Caddys were planted here in 1974 and a lot of folks have stopped by to leave their mark with a spray paint can.

So, in honor of all those great artists who have decorated the cars here, our Food Truck Artist in Residence has cooked up something special for everyone waiting for another D's Diner taste tempting treat.
