Our crew is taking a well earned mini break after the grueling and grilling life on the Mother road.

But worry, not.

In the mean time, we have launched our patent pending Diner Rover; and Dr. Nefario is heading west.

The Good Doctor is on a side trip to the famous Jackrabbit Trading Post in Joseph City, Arizona

where he will be remote bloggin.

Hi Truckies. I'm here at Jackrabbit Trading Post and I'm gonna show you how to make a super duper gourmet meal out in the wilds of Arizona or your backyard.

I'm cookin up our D's Diner exclusive "Rattlesnake Crepes" and it's just a snap and a pop and a crackle to do.

I've set up a basic remote bloggin rig; and you can too!

Let's do this!

A cup of flour and add water to make a thin batter. Thick gets you pancakes, don't go there.

Throw it in the pan and give it a sec to firm up a bit.

For our featured crepe, I'm adding some Beef Jerky and String Cheese on top.

Sneak in some other goodies like some red onion and greens.

Fold it up and enjoy.
