Aristotle returns from the test kitchen to the diner counter to introduce his latest concoction.

A “First you are greeted with surprise, the first layer of life, as you encounter the aromatic flavor of Rosemary.

A “Then you move along to the smooth and tender sensation of the Van Gogh cheese.”

A “We all encounter a moment in life’s journey when we need to reconnect to nature; with the shredded lettuce.”

A “And finally you are jolted; like the reality of life, with the sensory explosion of the Buffalo Chicken.”

A “Its about this time that you start seeing stars!”

Ingredients:

Rosemary, Artisan Bread made into thick slices

Van Gogh Cheese in slices to fit

Shredded lettuce

Buffalo Chicken, make it or fake it.

EVOO

Directions:

Toast the bread on one side and then flip all pieces over

Add the chicken, lettuce, and cheese

Then put the other piece of bread on top and press for a few minutes
