Ari "Well guys, we're almost to Chicago and the end of our Route 66 adventure.

"So, I thought we would stop at the most amazing motel on the whole Mother Road.

"The Coral Court is an architectural gem from the Art Deco era. And they have a pool so we can stay there and have an end of the journey party by the pool."

Ari "We're here! Wait a minute, where is it? Where is the motel?"

D "Hmmmm, that's strange. Hey Ari, touch the side of the window glass with your magic ring."

Baked Beef Hash with Chili Sauce, Buttered New Cabbage, Strawberry Fields 4Eva

Backed Beef Hash"

2 cups diced Roast Beef.

2 Potatoes diced and softened in boiling water.

5 oz can of evaporated milk.

1/4 cup minced parsley

Chopped onion.

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce.

Salt and pepper.

1/3 cup crushed Westminster crackers.

1 tabled spoon melted butter.

Combine first 7 in bowl. Place in a greased baking dish.

Combine crackers and butter and sprinkle over top.

350 for 30 minutes.

Buttered Cabbage:

Medium Cabbage sliced or chopped

1 Stick of Organic Butter.

Salt and Pepper

In a skillet, melt butter.

Add Cabbage.

Saute until tender.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Strawberry Fields

Sliced fresh local strawberries in a dessert bowl.

Add liberal amount of Ice Wine.
