We're here in beautiful Old Quebec for another hot dog adventure.

The Food Truck gang loves this place.

We set up right in front of the amazing "Funiculaire."

Old Quebec Dog

People in Old Quebec know about fine dining and we wanted to make sure we had a first rate presentation for them.

We brought "uncured" hot dogs; no bad stuff, all good stuff, "Humanly raised," and "All Natural."

If you're wondering what humanly raised means; they play classical music to the cows. Glad you asked?

We have fresh baked Baguettes. Cut them into hot dog sized portions and gently slice open the top.

Then prepare with an undercoat of Grey Poupon; the kind with the gravel mixed into it.

Caramelize some sweet and green onions in a nice glob of Plugra (preferred by leading chefs). Assemble and plate.

Also we are serving some French-Canadian Pea Soup.

And...

Zoey "Can I have the dessert first please?"

Sophia "I want a slice too; yum."

Poof "I like the choco one."

Jupiter "Pass the Bubbles Water please."
